Privacy Policy

Last updated · 2026-05-20Draft · pending legal review

This policy explains what data Wardkey (“we”) collects from visitors to wardkey.app and how we use it. It applies to the Site only. The Wardkey product, once available, will be governed by its own product privacy notice.

1. What we collect

The only personal data we collect on the Site is the email address you submit through the “Get notified at launch” form, plus the timestamp of submission. We do not use advertising cookies. Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamp) are collected automatically by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and retained for a short period to operate the Site and prevent abuse.

2. Why we collect it

To notify you when Wardkey opens, and occasionally to share related product updates leading up to launch. We do not sell email addresses, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

3. How long we keep it

Email addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we decide to retire the waitlist. Server logs are kept only for the minimal period required for security and abuse prevention.

4. Where it lives

Submitted emails are stored in our hosting infrastructure on Cloudflare. All traffic to the Site uses industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS).

5. Your rights

You can ask us to: see the data we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Send a request to privacy@wardkey.app from the email address in question. If you live in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (GDPR, CCPA, and others), we honor those rights regardless of your location.

6. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy before launch. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect what we do with data already collected will be communicated to subscribers by email.
