Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of wardkey.app (the “Site”), operated by Wardkey (“we,” “us”). Wardkey is a developer-facing secrets rotation and storage service currently in pre-launch. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Site is currently a pre-launch landing page. It exists to describe the forthcoming Wardkey product and to let visitors join a waitlist. The Wardkey product itself is not yet generally available, and nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide service.
2. Waitlist Signup
You may submit an email address to be notified when Wardkey opens. Submitting an email is voluntary. We use that address only to notify you about Wardkey’s launch and related product updates. You can request removal at any time by emailing privacy@wardkey.app.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site; (b) submit email addresses you do not own or have permission to use; (c) use the Site to harass, defraud, or violate the rights of any person; or (d) use automated means to submit signups in volume.
4. Intellectual Property
The Wardkey name, mark, and Site content are the property of Wardkey. You may not reproduce or rebrand them without our written permission. Product documentation, code samples, and any open-source components we publish are licensed separately under their own terms.
5. No Warranty
The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Because the product is not yet generally available, no service-level commitments apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wardkey will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms before launch. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
